What we did
External project office and program directorate services, involving more than 10 professionals in business program development, PR, and work with partners and participants of business events over a 6-month period.

Before the event:
Developing the draft Concept for holding the "Archipelago 2022" event, including the program, scheduling grid, and roadmap
Administering the organizing committee, program committee, and headquarters of "Archipelago 2022" with the participation of the NTI Platform, University 2035, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, the Government of Sevastopol, and the project's partner companies
Developing the budget
Building partner packages
Developing participant packages and the invitation campaign mechanics
Liaising with speakers and moderators
Developing the technical specification
During the event:
Producing the "Pulse of the Archipelago" digest
Preparing daily analytical briefs
Coordinating speakers and moderators across the venues of the "Archipelago 2022" project-based educational intensive, including daily briefings
After the event:
Producing a report on the "Archipelago 2022" project-based educational intensive program as a results album
