What we did
The business mission delivered a large-scale program for 9 Moscow companies with full organizational and logistical support across the Republic of Belarus. The central venue was a conference hall at a five-star hotel in central Minsk, where the key meetings and presentations took place.
The IMGR team arranged cargo delivery from Moscow and organized targeted B2B and B2G meetings not only in Minsk but also in a number of regional centers — Mogilev, Zhlobin, and other cities. Participants also visited the Minsk City Technopark, where talks were held with residents, and the "Great Stone" industrial park, which opened up additional opportunities for industrial and technological cooperation.
In total, more than 130 individual B2B negotiations were held during the program, allowing companies to build direct business contacts and gain a deeper understanding of the Belarusian market.
