What we did
Turnkey organization of the business mission: handling all organizational matters including transfers for the program, interpretation support, comprehensive build-out of premises for the business mission (build-out of the exhibition hall, conference hall, and meeting rooms for senior officials), branding, and furnishing with the necessary furniture and technical equipment. Organizing the opening ceremony and conferences for audiences of more than 100 people. Preparing the business agenda for senior officials of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, and preparing business meetings for Russia's largest food exporters. Organizing on-site visits to leading processing plants and retail chains.
